Role Title - Team Lead/ Member - TC Financial de-risking: Job description: De-risk financial aspect of suppliers and of over-all Techno Commercial. There will be 10 CA for all BU TC(s) and CPO, with following KRAs: 1) Identification of Tactical spend and opportunities for cost programs 2) Supplier consolidation in Tactical areas 3) Financial De-risking w.r.t ICFR, SOX and any kind of financial reporting 4) Interlock with Direct / In-direct Tax team within to identify potential risk areas w.r.t suppliers / vendors / Partners Key Areas of Accountability: 1) Identification of Tactical spend and opportunities for cost programs 2) Supplier consolidation in Tactical areas 3) Financial De-risking w.r.t ICFR, SOX and any kind of financial reporting 4) Interlock with Direct / In-direct Tax team within company to identify potential risk areas w.r.t suppliers / vendors / Partners TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: MS office, SAP/Ariba, SRM, ZOHO or similar ERP
