Team Lead - Master Data - Pharma

Education: Bachelor's/PG degree or higher in Chemistry or another Scientific or Information Technology field

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Create and configure master data (analyses, specifications, and other master (static) data) as the first-line user liaison as requested by the user community

- Receive and resolve operational support requests pertaining to LIMS master data

- Troubleshoot problems associated with configuration, including interviewing users to understand the source of problems and/or business needs

- Provide solutions to users, from a position of knowledge, as related to system capabilities, business/operational experience, and information gathered from interviews and research

- Provide training, guidance and support to the other members of the support team, from an operational, technical and scientific perspective, and in doing so, improve their value to the team

- Liaising with the operational community when and where necessary providing assistance in educating the end user in the areas of system capabilities and corporate configuration guidelines

- Responsible for planning and conducting training related to LIMS application functionality

- Any other duties to support the system as required

Should have good knowledge of LIMS
