- Will be leading a team of 3, should come with 1 year of team leading experience.

- Good communication skills and attitude.

- This role supports the marketing communication team, where they need to manage Invesco websites using AEM.

- Candidate should prior experience in sales/marketing

Title : Team Lead - Marketing Operations

Reportees : 3

Shift : APAC/ 6.30/7.30 am onwards

Mode of work : Hybrid/3 days in office

Interview rounds : 3 - 4 rounds, where 2 will be technical on AEM

Preferred from Asset Management companies/Investment banks/Big 4's only.

Notice period max 90days

Work Experience / Knowledge :

- 3 to 7 years of experience in marketing communication, with an added advantage if within the asset management industry

- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, which may involve leading a team, managing projects, or overseeing specific aspects of marketing communication.

- 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Superior command of the English language, including rules and usage.

- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Familiarity with working on PDF documents and proficiency with PDF editing tools.

- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.

- Will guide the team members to help them scale up faster.

- Works on problems of complex scope, utilizing general usage of standard concepts and principles and applying own judgment.

Formal Education: MBA - Marketing/ Finance
