We're hiring for a Team Manager role - Recruitment for one of our clients which is A Multinational financial and retail technology Giant Co.
Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience : 8+ years
2+ years of Team Handling experience is mandatory!
Key Accountabilities :
- Outstanding, excellent Interpersonal communication skills. Verbal speech and written communication skills have to be very articulate and concise, compulsorily!
- Very Strong Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Leading a team of 10+members. (Mandatory)
- Interface between Sourcing Specialists, Recruiters and agencies when required, gaining necessary information to ensure both parties remain informed. Lead discussions on open roles with hiring managers and document recruitment plans.
- Develop an awareness of the organization's business and wider sector in order to communicate the key selling points to engage prospective candidates.
- Experience in candidate selection and recruitment within BFSI, IT, RPO or Shared Services sectors will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience from/in the Financial or IT industry! Knowledge of multiple hiring profiles, across multiple IT/BFSI, GBS accounts/clients would be considered as an advantage.
- Experience from BFSI OR IT domain is a mandatory requirement.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred, or Max 30 days
