We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven TA lead who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal Candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.

1. 8-12 Years of relevant experience in Talent acquisition with excellent communication and presentation skills.

2. 4-5 years of Team Handling Experience is must

3. Should have been worked with Automotive companies within Technology, R&D Domains

4. Stakeholder Management, Market Intelligence, Strategic recruitment, ATS skills are preferred
