Job Designation: Team Lead/Manager - Technology

Job Location: Pune

Working Days - 5 Days in a week

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven TA lead who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal Candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience of 8-12 years of in full cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling 5-6 team members and driving exceptional hiring outcomes consistently

2. In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools like ATS

3. Excellent presentation, Analytical, Problem solving skills

4. A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success

5. Solid history of delivering volume hirings in a year using market intelligence, various recruitment channels and techniques

6. Should have experience in Technical hiring in the domains of BFSI.

Employment type:- Full time/ Permanent

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the staffing industry or BFSI, preferably within TA Department

- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS,CRM etc

- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,

- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
