Learning & Development:
- Identifying & mapping organizational competencies across levels and identify gaps thereby.
- Training need identification through annual performance review process.
- Individual development plans for all employees based on the individual’s competencies & Job requirement keeping in mind their aspirations and strengths.
- Effectuating training & development initiatives, preparing training budgets and annual / monthly calendars for improving employee productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
- Measure effectiveness and quality of training program conducted.
