We are currently hiring for a Telecommunication Company that is a leader in the telecom vertical.
The offered role is for a Team Lead - KYC, AV/CV Process Management.

Location : Hyderabad
Reporting To :- Lead - KYC, AV/CV Processes Management
Role Purpose :-
This role is responsible for all the activities involving Know Your Customer (KYC) processes such as AV/CV,Credit Rating and Credit Limit Assignment.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Ensure to get the AVCV done for all eligible customers within TAT.
- Random Sample audit of (1%) to be conducted for each region on completed AV CV cases on monthly basis to ensure 100% compliance.
- Review of Customer verification reports on ongoing basis to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Vendor Invoice should clear on monthly basis.
- AV CV forms DMS upload on monthly basis.
- Periodically review customer segmentation & credit rating parameters and verify customer initial / subsequent credit limits assigned based on preset parameters.
- SLA adherence for all the processes.
- Monthly review of Credit limits and rating assigned to customer based on various parameters.
- Exception cases for Credit limit enhancement based on request to be reviewed and recommended for necessary approvals.
Skills Required :-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Inter-departmental relationship.
- Knowledge of Telugu is essential
