Urgent opening for a Team Lead - IT Recruitment for one of our British retail and commercial bank RPO Clients.
Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 8-12 years
Working hours: 5 days, day shift
Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with AMS India, and you would be deployed to the client location (Not a contract role).
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven TA lead who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal Candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 8-15 years in full-cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling 4-8 team members and driving exceptional hiring outcomes consistently
- In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools like ATS.
- Excellent presentation, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills
- A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success
- MBA/ PG in Human Resources or a similar relevant field
- Should have considerable exposure in Tech hiring
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the staffing industry, preferably within TA Department
- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS, CRM, etc.
- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- A degree in any discipline is desirable.
