Urgent opening for a Team Lead - Recruitment with an American medical device company | RPO | Hyderabad

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Exp: 7-15 years

Working hours: 5 days, sat-sun off

Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location(Onsite) (Not a contract role).

FlexAbility is the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division of ABC Consultants. As an RPO partner for our clients, FlexAbility acts as the company's internal recruitment function for a portion of or all the jobs in the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 7-14 years in full-cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling 5-6 team members and driving exceptional hiring outcomes consistently

- In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools like ATS

- Excellent presentation, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills

- A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success

- A solid history of delivering hiring in a year using market intelligence, various recruitment channels, and techniques

- MBA/ PG in Human Resources or similar relevant field

- Should have considerable exposure in hiring in the domains of IT.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the staffing industry, preferably within TA Department

- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS, CRM, etc.

- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,

- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

- A degree in any discipline is desirable.
