Team Lead - Internal Audit - Manufacturing

Summary

- Lead and manage Internal Audit assignments for all manufacturing locations, Global Supply Chain and Product Development areas

- Plan, schedule, coordinate and review internal audits with various stakeholders within the organization

- For each audit, perform an assessment of SOP compliance, review of internal controls and adherence to guidelines

- Manage multiple audits being executed in parallel and work closely with the team

- Focus on gaps in compliance, weaknesses in controls, SOP non-adherence and opportunities to enhance business performance by minimizing wastage and excess expenditure

- Draft audit reports with detailed observation, root cause, and provide guidance on recommendations and corrective actions

- Work with the team to track all open observations to closure

- Work closely with the Digital Watch team to build additional automated dashboards to assist in control assessment

Experience: CA/MBA with 10-16 Years of experience. Internal audit experience in a manufacturing organization in a senior capacity is necessary

Other knowledge: Manufacturing and supply chain knowledge along with a good understanding of SAP is necessary

Key Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills, ability to present and articulate the audit observations effectively

Travel: Travel upto 35% of the time may be needed

Team Management: Guide the auditors working on the assignment, ensure learning for the team while delivering successfully on audits, keep the team engaged and enthusiastic
