About the role
In the role of the Intercompany Team Lead, you will be part of the new team who builds the DBS Centre in Delhi; transitioning the existing processes into the Centre and being responsible for service delivery of your team of Analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Managing team within RTR function, reporting to RTR Senior Operations Manager
- Focusing on the complete, accurate and timely completion of accounting transactions
- Responsible for the performance and development of the team from setting objectives through mid-year and annual review
- Motivate, develop and coach team members to achieve best results
- Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escalations
- Responsible for day to day Intercompany operations, ensuring delivery according to process requirements within IFRS
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures developing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies
- Ensuring compliance with internal control system
- Drive process improvement activates, conduct root cause analyses to eliminate process waste and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of RTR operations
- Create and maintain Desktop Procedures and other process related documentation
- Regular report on service delivery and handling escalations
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years' experience in Record to Report function and at least 2 years as a supervisor/team lead in RTR
At least 2 years' experience working in Intercompany field
Deep knowledge and understanding of end to end RTR processes
CPA qualification
Comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented and able to balance varied priorities
Strong analytical, communication, team handling and delegation skills
Business partnering experience with a different level of stakeholders
Transition experience including writing and updating procedures, process maps
Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
Fluency in English - additional European language(s) would be an asset
Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills and SAP experience as a must.
