Team Lead - Infra Finance

Hiring for a leading company in Finance sector

- Role - Team Lead

- Qualification - MBA/PGDM - Finance /CA/ICWAI

- Experience - 6 to 9 years

- Candidate must have experience of managing Infrastructure Domain (Power/energy/road/ports/renewable energy, etc) and team handling

- Notice Period - 30 - 45 days max (Immediate Joiners preferred)

Role & Responsibility:

1. Taking care of Cases and assignments undertaken along with Publishing Sector reports/ Criteria commentary

2. Sharing Inputs and commitments towards strategic /quality decision making

3. Being responsible for Development & improvement of methodology for sectors

4. Minimizing Sharp Rating Migration Cases/Rating Quality

5. Ensuring quality and readability of rating report as well as rationale press releases etc.

6. Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors and bringing important facts to management's notice.

7. Responsible for presenting the cases in the Rating Committee Meetings

8. Leading & guiding the team of analysts working in the team.

9. Responsible for Guiding, Monitoring and measuring productivity of team members

Skills & Competencies:

- Having exposure in Banking, Cash Flow, Finance, Credit Rating, Financial Projections and Credit Analysis

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Having Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrating Leadership skills
