Job description:

1) To conceptualize and propose usage of alternate data sources for decision making process across customer life cycle

2) Provide analytical support to Audit / AML / HR unit for optimizing their key business objectives.

3) Manage solution designing for digital collection strategy.

3) Ensuring effective usage and performance tracking for solutions implemented.

4) Guide team members on predictive modeling using traditional and Machine Learning concepts.

Desired Skill set:

1) Analytical experience

2) Good knowledge of programming and statistical software (R, SAS, Python)

3) Good documentation skill set

4) Hands on experience of designing statistical models ( Regression, Segmentation, Logistic, etc)
