Requirement:

- Manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within the assigned territory.

- Lead a team of Loan/Sales Managers to ensure business growth.

- Identify and initiate initiatives to enhance business across the assigned territory.

- Generate revenue and ensure overall business growth.

- Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Loan Managers and Sales Managers.

- Guide and motivate subordinates in achieving their goals.

- Provide training to the sales team on financial activities periodically.

- Maintain the quality of business by tracking and controlling the team.

- Coach and mentor employees, providing timely feedback on their performance.
