Team Lead- Financial Planning and Analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to support the planning, forecasting, and budgeting process of the organization.

- Responsible for explaining the financial results to the management team. This includes analyzing and interpreting financial data, identifying key performance indicators, and developing insights to support decision-making.

- Work closely with business units to understand their financial performance and develop strategies to improve it. This includes providing guidance on financial planning and analysis, developing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

- Identifying opportunities to automate processes, implementing new tools and systems and ensuring that data is accurate and reliable.

- Responsible for various presentations and analytics for the leadership team meetings and board meetings

- Responsible for identifying the forex exposure for the purposes of hedging, ensuring that the transfer prices for the IC transactions are updated on a regular basis, inventory valuation is done appropriately, etc.

- Responsible for leading a team of financial analysts & cost accountants and providing guidance on financial analysis, reporting, and planning. This includes mentoring team members, providing feedback on their performance, and developing their skills and knowledge.

- Adhoc analysis support.

Qualification Required : Only CA Qualified having experience in the above mentioned domain.
