Overview :  - Responsible for general accounting activities  - Support Director for audit, Balance sheet finalization, Tax computation/filings, Tax assessments, supervise payroll process etc.  - Responsible for month end close and corporate reporting.  - Lead annual/quarterly budgeting process and various analytical reporting to various stakeholder.  - Owns the responsibility for running the finance processes, making sure that finance polices, procedures, controls, checks and balances are complied with.  Responsibilities :  - Local and US Reporting Requirements and dealings with Auditors, Tax and other Service Providers and Head Office.  - Supervise Payroll process (including US payroll, pension, and other reporting requirements working closely with employees, service providers and Head Office.  - Month end closing and reporting to Head Office including variance analysis and review of account balances. Making monthly recons and clearing the outstanding balances.  Qualifications : Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
