Job Description - To manage and lead the Economic Modeling team to produce high quality scientific deliverables by providing functional and operational leadership and implementing management control of the assigned team

Client Details : 

Our client is a leading Pharma company based out of Hyderabad and is looking for a senior person to lead their Economic Modeling team.

Description : 

As a Team lead- Economic Modeling you will :

- Is accountable for the adherence to processes/ guidelines / SOPs and ensure inspection/audit readiness of all relevant documents for her/his assigned group/team

- Monitors and tracks deliverables and KPIs for the team. Proactively takes measures to improve KPIs and achieve number of deliverables in an assigned period in agreement with Operational / Function head.

- Identifies and resolves operational issues.

- Recommends potential solutions and manages number of escalations Ensures efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders

- Supports the development of functional and scientific excellence for identified projects by collaborating with global by developing standards and benchmarks.

- Owns and ensures deployment and completion of initiatives and programs developed towards creating scientific and functional excellence

- Ensures effective communication of Pricing and Market Access Strategy

- People Management - Work with Senior Management in recruiting talent, managing performance and develop associates (development/training plans, coaching or mentoring as appropriate). Set direction, align and motivate team members to achieve set and shared goals and objectives with management

Profile : 

As a successful candidate for Team Lead - Economic Modeling, you should:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in any of analytics, Clinical trial Statistics, health economic Modeling

- Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in a relevant science/pharmacy/IT/quantitative fields. Education in health economics, epidemiology, health services research, Economics, and/or public health a plus

- Programming abilities in at least one language.

- Programming experience in VBA/R a plus.

- Ability to arrive at simple yet robust analysis and insights from complex data sources; ability to convert hard/raw data into meaningful analysis

- Strong storyboarding and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability

- Attention to detail and quality focused

- Organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
