Team Lead - Design & Development (10-18 yrs)
- Good exposure into Engineer concepts and projects handling, people management and to understand requirements from the US team to work with them,
- This position will directly report to US Director of engineering team, and they will coordinate projects.
- Atleast 5 Years of Experience as a Team Lead and 4 Years of experience in People Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering new product design and development.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new products from inception through production launch and ongoing support.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as supervisor, project manager, or engineering team lead.
- Strong technical knowledge to provide solutions for engineering problems using Fluid Mechanics and Strength of Materials techniques.
- Demonstrated experience and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) with evidence of high level of quality.
- Calculates tolerance stackup of detail components and may prepare minor cost studies consisting of new details and/or marked prints and all supporting documentation.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
- Research and make recommendations for design enhancements or modifications to support quality improvements and cost reductions.
Software - AutoCAD, Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor,
- Bachelor (or) Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent communication as he is mostly has stakeholders in US for projects, Working with US team is must
