- MBA degree from a reputed B-school.
- Min. 4 to 5 years of marketing experience with software, SaaS-based, or technology products in the B2B space.
- Create the demand generation plan with a mix of email marketing, digital, social, events, webinars etc.
- Own the campaign process (plan, create, launch, manage) for customers to drive lead generation for North America (NA).
- Execute the marketing plans and campaigns for SaaS portfolio across NA.
- Sound knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, and other marketing teams.
- Identify market opportunities, articulate competitive differentiation, and deeply understand target segments to evolve and help execute the marketing plan.
- Establish value propositions and create solution messaging relevant to the regional markets.
- Prior experience on partner marketing will be great.
- Highly organized with particular attention to details.
- Analyze, benchmark, and report on campaigns and marketing tactics, including monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Ability to remain flexible and prioritize while juggling multiple projects in a tight, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and an effective communicator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Clarizen preferred.
