Title: Client Settlement Team Lead RC
Role Summary/Purpose:
- Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination of accurate and timely Client Funding and Reporting to all Retail Card Clients in compliance with client-specific contractual terms and agreements.
- Provide expert guidance to support the proper recording and reconciliation of Client Settlement financial activity in accordance with GAAP and SYF accounting policies.
- Manage a team of Client Settlement Specialists; provide daily oversight, training, and mentorship through coaching, feedback, and overall leadership.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and follow up skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Ability to lead multiple project/priorities and drive each to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- PC proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications required
- Experience with settlement systems such as MBS, Dispatch, Trams, SNSS a plus
- Experience with the existing financial system a plus (TRECS, Oracle, etc)
- MBA / CPA preferred
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years of Management experience
Note: Interview location is scheduled in Bangalore and works location is in Hyderabad
