Job Purpose : Determining how to leverage the data available for the various HR processes across the HR solutions provided by company to deliver a personalized and intelligent experience and build dashboards and action-oriented analyses. To help our clients transition from siloed metrics reporting to a culture of data-driven decision making to support workforce management. This position will be accountable for all data handling and custom data requirements of our clients as and when required. Additionally, this position will also hold responsibility for tracking metrics and data analysis for the various companies governance cadence with clients. Eligibility 1. Reporting, Data Analytics & Dashboard Creation 2. Defines, develops and provides insights, metrics and analysis to drive the decision- making process that supports the HR stakeholders 3. Lead the implementation of reporting, dashboards and data analyses based on the capabilities of an integrated human capital system (i.e., PeopleSoft, Taleo, Cornerstone etc.) and historical data stored in our data warehouse (OBIEE) 4. Administer and educate team members on policies, related process procedures and expected compliances 5. Streamline workflows to craft efficiencies and actively develop ways to improve reporting, analysis and operational support 6. Work closely with the Organization to understand the needs of the business and create new opportunities to maximize the value from analytics & reporting 7. Identify opportunities for automation -In Reports & Data 8. Proactively Report Insights, Trends & Patterns on the data analyzed to all customers & stakeholders 9. Have reasonable competence in using tools like Power BI etc. Quality Management, Market Trends Research & Governance 1. Evaluate industry developments, market trends to conduct in-depth benchmarking, company and market trend research 2. Define the appropriate SOPs required for the function 3. Implements quality controls and standards to ensure uninterrupted day-to-day data operations 4. Ensure all appropriate risk and governance controls are adhered to by team Managing people and performance: 1.Develops and leads a team of analysts with the skills, capabilities, and passion necessary to successfully drive and sustain a data focused culture 2. Monitor day to day activities of team members including but not limited to work allocation, productivity, discipline & adherence to overall company policies and procedures 3. Direct, supervise and track BAU tasks of assigned team members, ensuring processes are carried out with highest standards of accuracy 4. Identify and escalate to Head for any lags in performance of assigned team members, Track effectiveness of metrics of assigned team members - identify & address those which are lagging 5. Ensure high level of service orientation in team members
