Team Lead - Business Intelligence - BFSI

- The role incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing end-to end development of data visualizing framework for assessing portfolio health, and key business performances. He / She will have to provide insights for informed business decision making capability, process improvement, solution assessments etc

- Role Gather data from various cross functional Stakeholders to deliver impactful, accurate and highly useable Dashboards and Reports for Senior Leadership

- Liaise with technology team to set-up data and Infrastructure requirements for reporting needs

- Create Framework for Assessment in the critical areas such as business performance, Key Risk Indicators, operational efficiency etc.

- Deep Dive on emerging trends for early warning and risk mitigation

- Identifies data patterns & trends and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability

- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership about all findings

- Set up processes of Automated Data Visualization Dashboards and Data Democratization
