Job Description:
As a sales leader, the candidate is expected to:
- Maintain a robust pipeline and an effective relationship based account plan.
- Manage the entire end to end sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals
- Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills with prospects, customers, internal staff, and management.
- Continually learn the product features, attributes, and benefits in depth and methods of presentation for the same, demonstrating ability, skills, and knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
- Have a good network of C-level executives and be capable of meeting, interacting with and influencing C-level decision makers
- Prepare for and attend sales & marketing meetings; training meetings and national conferences
- Ability to listen for and document real and perceived customer needs.
- Ability to travel overnight as required for business development assignments, including on some weekends.
- Ability to be flexible in a rapidly growing and evolving business environment.
- Possess and demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and commitment to the organization's core values including ethics, honesty, and transparency
- Demonstrate an ability to be a team player.

- Demonstrable experience. A clear record of target achievement, excellent account planning skills and a willingness to work hard and persevere to make things happen.
- Communication: Will possess exceptional communications skills with a variety of influence styles to solve customer business challenges and drive results.
- Metrics are driven: Proficiency in Solution selling, achieving revenue numbers, building a pipeline and increasing customer retention rates.
- Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure that customer needs are recorded, met and to be aware of new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Both internally and externally. Internally, collaboration with other teams such as Projects, Technology, Finance, Customer Engagement and Sales operations.
- Continuous improvement mindset: Maintaining the status quo is a - no go- while striving to consistently improve.
- Discipline: Record, maintain and report the sales lifecycle transactions in a CRM
- Tech Savvy: Able to understand and talk about the nuances of SaaS, Mobility and enterprise software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher. MBA preferred.
- Overall 8 Years experience with a Sales profile, however, Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets of Rs 1 Crores preferably in SaaS/Telecom/Software sales.
- Strong communication skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi - both written and spoken apart from one Indian language
- Must have direct field sales & cold calling exposure
- Must know how to use MS office and communications tools.
