- Lead a team of business analyst and specialists with different level of expertise

- Coaches and develops business analyst and specialists (on contents, methods, processes)

- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for activities supported

- Oversee various process such as Medical expert tiering, KOL mapping, content management. Digital asset management, sharepoint support, scientific event and expert coordination etc.

- Secure delivery of activities in time and in compliance with internal and external standards

- Participate in planning of analysis and data presentation to be used

- Keep abreast of industry and across industry best practices for Analytical solution

- Design solutions to bring efficiencies to the processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor / master's degree

- Excellent English language knowledge - written & verbal

- >12 years of experience in business analytics for the pharmaceuticals / healthcare industry
