- Working on the overall brand strategy keeping the overall business plans in line and ensure all efforts are consumer centric at all stages - Create the brand strategies in way that the annual marketing plan is most effective - Translate the strategy in marketing and communications to impact the firm's brand matrix as per the overall monitor - Lead the retail communications and digital marketing team - Drive online marketing for the brand on all platforms - Design brand impressions on multiple platforms- online and offline - Work with sales forces to implement after sales marketing schemes that this candidate will only be evolving - Managing product launches and complete go-to-market strategy - Media planning by utilising marketing budgets

Profile :

- MBA with specialisation in Marketing - 8-12 years of experience in marketing - Understanding of luxury brand and industry - Leadership skills - Execution focused individual - Team player - Communications Skills
