Team Lead/AVP/VP - Credit - FinTech

Salary offered: 12 - 14 LPA

The candidate will be responsible for the below:

Manage a team of credit managers & analysts

Continually refine the credit policies, process and underwriting criteria basis market, competitors, loan book performance etc.

Develop credit policies, processes and underwriting criteria for new loan products

Monitor performance of credit team including Approval ratio, approval TATs, delinquency ratio, NPAs & write-offs

Generate and distribute credit related MIS

Provide insights to the Product, Data and Technology team to create a machine learning engine for credit assessment

Prior experience in retail loans credit underwriting is compulsory.

NBFC or Fintech experience will be preferred.

Candidate should have experience in underwriting retail loans
