Team Lead/AM - International Payroll Accounting - Trading Firm

Job Role:

- Manage payroll accounting, reporting and analysis for multiple locations- ledgers-global ledgers.

- Working on initiatives related to process improvement, automation, efficiency improvement

KPI :

- Close partnership with local HR teams to question and answer questions on payroll related expenses and headcount

- Payroll cost reporting

KRA:

- Conduct reconciliations of payroll data, e.g. against bank payment and accrual accounts.

- Analyze payroll accounting data to identify errors, inconsistencies and over or under accruing against actual costs

Desired Profile:

- 2-8 years of accounting experience

- Experience working with accounting systems / IT

- Must have International Payroll or International Payroll Accounting experience.

- Experience in working in cross-function/Multi-Cultural environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
