Team Lead - Advisory & Dealing for Active Retail Trading Clients @ Major Brokerage firm

- Our client, a leading Indian brokerage firm is looking for a Team Lead in its Navi Mumbai office for its offline trading platform that provides specialised research and personalised dealing / execution service to active trading retail clients.

- The candidate will lead a team of upto 8 professionals, covering functions of advisory to active retail clients, dealing / execution of trades and acquiring new clients / cross-selling and up-selling to / retaining existing clients.

- Other functions will include oversight of client servicing (identifying gaps in processes and bridging them).

- Candidate must be an MBA (Finance), certified in NISM, have 4-8 years- experience (of which 1 plus should be as a team leader) and should have a detailed understanding of equity and derivatives products and Indian Equities markets.
