Team Coach/Lead - IT Recruitment - Recruitment Firm

We are hiring for Talent Acquisition Lead-IT Recruitment to be deployed at client site (a Global Financial Retail Technology company) . The incumbent will be a full time employee of Flexability (ABC consultants).

The role involves :

- Heading the Talent acquisition/Recruitment for technology center based at Mumbai

- Handling both Volume and niche tech positions

- Team Management- Managing 5-6 direct reports

- Stakeholder management
