- Benchmark best in class marketing operations teams and build/implement a marketing operations strategy (scaleup, new competencies, migration plan)

- Manage marketing operations, providing leadership, guidance, oversight and insight into budgeting, planning and forecasting.

- Scaleup the team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

- Develop a high performing team by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

- Establish a world class customer experience by understanding the customer needs; implement corrective actions to customer effort score feedback- establishing work robust work processes; providing back-up and cross training.

- Provides visibility to the marketing operations team and establish it as a highly valued core function within the marketing community.

- Establishes service level agreements with all involved stakeholders and implement a balanced scorecard to meet the agreements.
