Role Summary :
- Drive Organic growth by driving share gain with existing products at key accounts and make strategic choices on product roadmap
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities :
- Drive account growth by helping Account manager identify underpenetrated areas in their account by studying revenue patterns across accounts
- North-pole of strategic choices for the product roadmap. Help product managers within and between product groups to determine the right next-gen product. To support the product roadmap
- Build up and Maintain Market Model
- Bottom up market model based on the TE content/application, market volume by application and prices
- Model to incorporate platform differences for major OEMs
- Collect Competitive Intelligence:
- Estimate on Competitive share evolution by application, customer and product based on account plans/ competitive reporting
- Competitive intelligence to evolve to the platform level
- Help BU Leadership with Strategic planning process
Educational Degree :
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- MBA
Professional Experience :
- 3-4 years in consulting firm with modelling experience Or 3 years working experience in corporate strategy function
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Culturally sensitive
- Emotional maturity to respectfully challenge
- Strong structural and analytical thinker
- Industrial knowledge in datacenter / telecom is a plus
