Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive employee engagement and productivity as well as optimum utilization of resources
- Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws and manage risks related to labor employment
- Provides expertise on Key HR issues and ensure delivery of all central HR services on time
- Interface between employees and TE India COE teams in administering HR Programs and employee compensation and benefits
- Ensure the implementation, administration, and compliance of Human Resources policies, programs and practices
- Take lead in timely talent sourcing - Manpower planning, recruitment efforts, on boarding processes, Talent retention and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Interact regularly with employees / shop floor supervisors to understand and address issues and handle employee grievances effectively to maintain cordial employee relations.
Educational Degree:
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field,
- Master Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Business Administration or related fields
- Around 6 - 8 years of experience in HR assignments in the manufacturing sector (Should have worked as Plant HR for minimum 5 Years)
