TE Connectivity - Global Sales Enablement Manager

TE Connectivity (TE) is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and drive the strategy and implementation of global programs. This role works closely with Sales and Marketing teams across TE to drive the development and utilization of best-in-class sales enablement tools and customer activation programs. The role provides substantive support to achieving sales goals. This role has high exposure and visibility among all TE businesses and offers broad opportunities for professional growth and development.

In the Strategic development of Global Sales and Marketing Programs, you will be responsible for

- Support the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness.

- Support the development and execution of Distribution Partner, Field and Inside sales teams' customer activation programs. (AFG Activation)

- Align Marketing and Sales Enablement initiative across TE Business Units (BUs) with Distribution Partners. (Co-Op Budget Investments)

- Customer Segmentation and Clustering Engine data validation and continuous improvement (Customer Churn Processes -> Growth Clusters)

- Support the collection and analysis of "Voice of Customer" insights and analysis needed to ensure program meet customer needs.

- Manage data and analytical resource(s) needed to measure impact of initiatives.
