1. Identification of training needs
2. Evaluate training institutes
3. Finalize annual training calendar
4. Co-ordinate training programmes
5. Evaluate training effectiveness
6. Content Developemnt
7. Manage training MIS
8. Develop cost effective training interventions
9. Facilitate core HR activities like OD interventions, Career Development, etc.
