Will manage and head the content department (R & D) and be responsible for its growth.

Main responsibility areas are:

- Recruiting, training and managing the team

- Sourcing quality content internally and externally (from both individual and corporate entities)

- Devising and monitoring parameters for quality assurance at all stages of the content development lifecycle

- Interacting with Product & Technology teams regarding content interface and development

- Delivering highest standards of customer service
