TCS - TDM Architect

Exp Range - 8 - 10 yrs
Required Technical Skill Set - Informatica, Hyperion, IBM Optim

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

- Extensive experience in working using TDM tools

- Extensive experience in providing solutions using TDM tools

- Extensive experience in Data Modeling and Data Mining concepts

- Having good knowledge on the data compliance like PCI,SOX

- Has been a part of, or, has worked in activities on Test Data Solution

- Abreast with latest trends and happenings in the testing and TDM area

- Hands-on experience with coding , trouble-shooting in TD scripts

- Extensive experience in analyzing any issues arising due to implementation of TDM Solutions

- Good presentation skills
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Implement TDM strategy recommendations, provide point solutions using products or using custom scripts

- Should be able to work with the TD Manager/Test Manager and help in implementing the Test Data Management Solutions

- Should be able to work with project teams/Clients in identifying the areas of TDM improvement

- Should be able a Team leader

- Should be able to conduct the stakeholders meeting

- Should be able to communicate well
