Job Description :

Role :

- To work in a global pricing and commercial support team, working alongside pursuit teams from across the globe and various sectors, service lines, businesses, as part of the sales cycle / process.

- Good Finance acumen and knowledge specifically in areas relating to: Financial Statement Analysis Capital Budgeting International Finance Treasury Operations Fundamentals of Taxation & Accounting Break-Even Analysis & Marginal Costing Merger & Acquisition Statistics

- To work on pricing and structuring commercial terms for proposals / responses to RFP, RFI, etc, building and analyzing business cases for customer engagements, including profitability analysis, cash flow analysis, while supporting internal reviews of pricing, commercial terms and the overall proposal

- Supporting the front end team in pricing negotiations, revisions, while ensuring appropriate review and approval processes are followed internally

Specific Responsibilities :

- Develop deal cost models and evaluate different scenarios (pricing, cost drivers, solutions, terms, and so forth) for new business being pursued and assess the financial and commercial viability of new business. New sale/business pursuits could be a response to an RFP, add-on business from an existing client and/or business from a new client.

- Coordinate with pre-sales team, solution team, delivery to understand solution and analyses for gaps between cost model and solution.

- Develop P&L and cash flow for contracts after incorporating the appropriate accounting, legal and all other relevant inputs.

- Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks of customer contracts in the deal cycle and help management to understand the long-term impact associated with new business.

- Work with the sales team, and other finance groups like Treasury, Accounting to price such deals & propose appropriate deal structures and conditions.

- Support Bid Manager in development of contract schedules. Support Sales lead in negotiations and determining financial implications of contract terms. Assist in coordinating with Legal and other functions to ensure appropriate cover in the contract schedules .

- Relevant Experience is between 10 to 12 yrs

Work Location : Mumbai

- Candidates should have worked on complex pricing models

- Should be ready to work on pricing tool

- Geographies APAC, MEA, Europe and US

- Mandatory - Knowledge of tax implications and business case structuring & Rehiring

- Should not only work on solutions and pricing analytic role.
