- 10+ years banking experience in Insurance
RFX response :
- To understand in detail requirements shared by the customer (all implicit and explicit requirements).
- To obtain complete information from the account team on the customer, TCS current engagement, competition, objective of floating the RFX.
- To identify key stakeholders responsible for supporting RFX.
- To lead/participate/conceptualize in workshop and identify win themes.
- To craft detailed solutions covering location, people, process and transformation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- To develop commercial model by working with the commercial team.
- To walk the leadership through solutions and pricing and obtain necessary buy in/approval.
- To review client presentations and to present to clients on their visits.
Demand creation :
- Pipeline analysis.
- To identify business opportunity and do lead generation activities by engaging with onsite sales and account team.
- To design customized service offering and outsourcing solution/proposals aligned to various verticals and based on client requirements.
- To revisit and improve domain collaterals i.e. capability decks, case studies, etc.
- To work on campaign management with marketing and participate in analyst interactions.
- PIBS/FORE enablement by ensuring the right teams are involved
Business strategy :
- To provide support in business planning exercise (including identifying key growth areas/ target accounts, corresponding revenue, FTEs for each account) with vertical pre-sales, geo sales and operations team.
Reporting :
- To analyze competitive intelligence. Validate relevant industry benchmarks. Understand competition to design and build solution to act as differentiators.
