TCS - Presales Role - Media & Information Systems

JD :

- Creating reports (Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly)

- Supporting on Business plan and coordinating with all horizontals

- Supporting on client visit and any marketing related activity

- Supporting the teams travelling for client workshop includes travel support, create decks,

- Taking / circulating notes of client discussions

- Create the RASCI and ensure the project / bid is executed as per the RASCI

- Support on commercials for the deals

- Governance for sales which includes setting up invites

- Support the team from offshore during the time they travel

- Raising GPS, supporting on share point and other administrative related work

- Support on cleaning word and slide documents

- Supporting on site team on sale collateral's etc

- Bid management for small deals

- Handling client visits independently right from planning to executing

- Working with on site sales to grow the existing account and build new business
