Job Description
- Lead RFX responses with appropriate solution working with various stakeholders
- Bid Management in responding to opportunities across various towers and stakeholders
- Work closely with BRM's and Client partners to understand the client requirements and bring in organization capabilities to meet the requirements
- Creation of proactive proposals working with onshore sales team
- Participate in workshops / discussions to build appropriate solutions for client requirements
- Lead and Manage client visits
- Build cost structure to derive pricing for proposals
Knowledge/Experience:
- 12-18 years Experience in Commercial Banking or Wholesale Banking or Corporate Banking operations experience with specific domains such Cash Ops / Payments / Lending / Trade Operations
- 2-3 years of experience in sales / pre-sales role Managing
- Should have experience in responding to RFP / RFI's
- Lead new client migrations through close involvement in establishing new operations teams
- Should have Customer Handling Experience
Qualifications:
Graduate/Any additional certification in respective stream (Professional Qualification Preferable)
Essential:
Commercial Banking + Presales experience
Desirable: Post Graduate in Finance & Accounts / MBA from Premier institute
