- BE / MBA from reputed institute
- PMP certification
- Exposure to QMS and CMMi
- Prior Experience in Telecom /Bank//Other Financial Institution
Description :
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop account level PI-Xn roadmap
- Facilitate to execute process improvement projects and deliver value to internal & external customers
- Support new transitions
- Lead critical enterprise/client facing projects
- Ensure timely reporting of project progress
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings - GB / Lean / Kaizen
- Liaise with technology team for tech enhancements
- Showcase CI projects to clients
- Deploy KM practices
- Create a culture of continuous improvement in business units

Essential :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong analytical abilities
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced) & Mini tab

Qualification Essential :
- Graduate with 10 plus years of experience
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Should have 3 -5 years of Lean Six Sigma deployment post completion of BB certification
