17+ years experience in Hire to Retire HR Operations and Digital Transformation
Domain Skills:
- Relevant experience in HR BPS industry (across multiple verticals - Manufacturing, CPG, FMCG, Retail, Energy & Resource)
- Expertise in HR intelligent operations, business analysis, business process re-engineering, and process diagramming and documentation
- Experience in workflow-based logic and the ability to understand and document a business process and conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Experience in leading automation & analytics technology (Eg. Automation Anywhere Enterprise or Blue Prism)
Main Purpose of the role:
- The role will manage transformation journey across multiple clients (during Sales and Delivery cycle) keeping in mind the strategic and visionary business outcomes
- Responsible for collaborating cross-functional with stakeholders in HRO business process improvements aimed at simplification and accelerating cost savings, Enhance Employee
- Experience and effectiveness Accountable for writing test plans, test scripts, and executing tests to confirm the solution works as designed

- Develop reliable RPA solutions based on business requirements, while adhering to the RPA COE's design best practices. In conjunction with the RPA COE, maintain & support existing RPA solutions and implement necessary changes
- Responsible for working with new business teams to identify business process gaps and system solutions for effectively integrating new businesses into our global HR Module & MFDM
