TCS - F&A Delivery Leader - Retail/FMCG Domain - BPO

Role: F&A Delivery Leader (Retail Domain)

Domain: FAO

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Looking for leadership candidates with good experience in F&A Delivery/ Operations for Retail/FMCG Domain.

- Work experience on multiple towers -P2P, RTR, and O2C preferred

- Understand customer requirements and create customized F&A delivery solutions

- Collaborate with the offshore business development team to create RFP response and other client deliverables

- Develop new product/offerings with the offshore offerings team

- Manage F&A operations (Month End Accounting, GL Close, Reconciliations) and deliver on all agreed SLAs.

- Build, develop & sustain customer relationship

- Lead process improvement initiatives & create control environment

Mandates:

- Candidate should be from BPO Background.

- Should have domain experience in Retail/FMCG
