TCS - Domain Consultant - Operational Risk Management

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Deep understanding of Operational Risk Management related solutions across domains

- Ability to lead consulting assignments for existing and new clients supporting ORM Solutions

- Should be a thought leader, well connected within the Industry to be able to lead the discussions, track changing ORM landscape and identify white space and fill these with Offerings and create sustainable opportunities for TCS

- Aware and up to date with current business challenges in the industry and how ORM solutions can play a significant role. Able to ideate and solution new offerings for the potential clients

- To handle and respond to RFPs/RFIs

- Managing cross-geography engagements with multiple internal and external stakeholders and demanding timelines

- Collaborate with the various teams to conceptualize the ORM solution for different operations

- Identify/ create platform opportunities through consultative selling

Knowledge/Experience:

- Subject Matter Expertise in any of BFSI Domains, Operations risk, performance management or other control related disciplines. For example, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Compliance or operations /process risk

Essential:

- Expertise in any of BFSI Domain/ Internal Audit / Compliance / Controls processes

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements, Certification like CISA, CIA, CFE
