- Bid Management in Telecom BPO Presales
- Business Development for Telecom BPO
Responsibilities :
- End to End Ownership of Bid Management Process
- Engage Handling a team of presales agents
- Working on Commercials for bids
- Response Collation and Creation for RFPs and RFIs
- Should deliver client SLAs
- Accountable for development of programs for modification of existing services and new business.
- Establish and maintain rapports with key client accounts.
- According to the target maintain the share of business.
- Handling P&L account for existing business
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies that maximize sales opportunities.
- Apply strategies to drive revenue growth and to increase market penetration
Qualifications & Required Skills :
Essential :
- UG - Any
- PG- MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
- 10+ years of experience in in Telecom /BPO industry
- Experience in Bid Management is required
Desired :
- High energy, Motivational Skills with a high degree of accountability
- Readiness to travel abroad
- Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment
- Good Leadership Skills
