TCS - BFS Transition

Jobs Specifications :

- Implementation of transition methodology without any deviations.

- Review and monitor the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis and analyze the defects, if any.

- Ensure that all the phases of the project progress as per the defined timelines in the Project Plan.

- Achieve KPI identified for the project

- Single point of contact and responsible for end to end delivery ( Scoping to Process Stabilization) of the project

- Interact with internal stakeholders like Technology, Infrastructure, Administration, Finance, and Procurement to ensure appropriate offshore unit setup.

- Ensure the tollgates reviews are done and Transition module is utilized for project management

- Proactive risk identification and management.

Desired Skills :

Project Management skills

Prior experience of 6 - 8 years in Transition management

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate Preferable

Relevant Experience Preferred : 6 - 8 years.
