- Conceptualize, plan and execute all digital marketing, including Social Media, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Identify trends and insights, any new tech developments and optimize spends and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new, creative growth strategies aligned with the brand voice - Plan, execute, measure new concepts, pilot and scale model - Collaborate with internal teams to understand the nuances, create landing pages and optimize user experience aligned to the brand - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points (own site & market place) - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to get best ROI - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools as well ad serving tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Sprout, Hootsuite, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, DART, Atlas) - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
