Talent Management Specialist
- Drive and track alignment with the mission .Make regular connects with members to track their alignment with the mission and provide feedback to stakeholders as required. Be listening
- Play a leading role in implementing Key HCM initiatives and strategies including Performance review, member engagement, onboarding, feedback , recruitment planning , learning & development.
- Coaching and Performance Management: Provide day to day guidance on aligning members to our mission, support leadership as they coach for performance and productivity and provide inputs to leadership to unlock potential of members.
- Conflict Management and resolution Be the first point of contact for member issues, escalations and providing solutions. Provide feedback to leadership and members as required
- Maintain active Documentation of Process, discussions, feedback and assessments of all interaction. Prepare HR related reports as required
- Proactively Guide the Talent Acquisition team on the Talent requirements. Also contribute to attract distinctive talent that fit and are driven to act on our mission.
- Analyse HR trends and metrics to develop employee centric solutions and policies.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
Desired:
- At-least two years of strong experience HR business - partner role
- Experience and technical knowledge in sourcing talent and familiarity with the best global sourcing strategies and tools - is desirable
- Prior experience in Ed-tech, marketplaces, aggregators, and platforms with strong multi-sided network effects
- Advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
