Job Description :
Work and closely align with L & D functional lead
a. Identify business priorities and translate these into training requirements across the organisation
b. Develop and design curriculum for meeting specific training requirements
c. Identify vendors and partners for training intervention as required
d. Work on a communication strategy to enhance mind share for L&D
e, Provide support to identify key metrics for measuring impact of L&D
Work and closely align with other key functions
a. Support and execute on the L&D strategy. Cascade key initiatives to the key stakeholders
b. Manage, develop and track progress of key L&D initiatives of all key functions
d. Identify and partner with subject matter experts across the company to for training requirements, content development and promoting peer to peer learning
e. Work and manage vendors / graphic designers for content development
f. Oversee the Administration of the psychometric feedback system
Work closely with L& D Analyst.
a. Collaborate on research, content development, assessment development as required
b. Leverage the LMS capability to manage the community of learners across the country for key initiatives
c. Track the key L&D metric at individual and branch level as required
d. Liase with LMS vendor as required to escalate issues / troubleshoot issues
